Salon Blu is looking for an out going, business minded individual to join the front desk teams at our North Hills and Falls Village locations to receive, greet, and set appointments for salon guests; maintain accurate payment records of guest visits and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications: excellent customer service skills a must. Responsibilities: adhere to policy and procedures of the salon, provide positive service standards including courtesy, sincerity, and enthusiasm to all salon guests; answer phones, open/ cash out guest tickets, handle payments, stock inventory, schedule appointments, taking into consideration the timing of services, become knowledgeable of the products and services and have the ability to make recommendations to guests, maintain accurate records of receipts, and utilize excellent customer service skills to establish rapport with guests.
